Shipping & Delivery

We use Canada Post/USPS to ship our products all over Canada and the United States. 

We will always make every effort to deliver on time. Please keep in mind that the completion time of your order are based on your approval date of your artwork, not the date you place your order. Please make sure you have checked the product immediately once it is delivered. In no case shall we be liable for any losses, alleged damages, costs, expenses, liabilities or losses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

ADHESIVEREPLICA Client's agree not to hold ADHESIVEREPLICA liable in case of force majeure. Our shipment and delivery dates are based upon estimates provided by our shipment suppliers. We will not be responsible for delays in shipments due to shipping company delays, international customs issues, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will strive to ensure that all delivery schedules are met in a timely manner. There will be an additional charge if any changes to the shipping address must be made after the order is placed. However, unexpected production or shipment delays may occur as a result of technical problems or equipment malfunction or failure. However, order cancellations will not be allowed due to technical difficulty. Occasionally, orders are returned due to incorrect home and PO Box addresses, failed delivery attempts, if the customer is unable to make import declarations, or the parcel is refused by recipient. In this case, customers will be fully responsible to pay all additional reshipment costs for their order.

During the Holiday Season and certain other times, the production time may increase due to the volume of orders we receive. We always recommend that you allow extra time for production, especially if you need to have your order in your hands by a certain date. Please understand that target arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends and holidays. While we will do everything in our power to meet your target arrival date, weather and other occurrences beyond our control may impact our ability to meet that date. In the event of a delay, we will perform our obligations as soon as possible.

Turnaround Times:

Please note that we assume no responsibility for shipping delays, while rare, may occur due to delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time, weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our direct control. Our expected turnaround time is an estimated time only and should be considered as guaranteed timeline. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damages due to printing being delivered after this time.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Exceptions: Some products, when we need your approval, will take a little longer to produce and ship. Some areas in states, territories, provinces need extra time for delivery.

Delivery times for orders made after 6pm ET will be calculated from the next business day.

All items are tracked, delivery is guaranteed and delivery status can be checked online. The shipping price is determined during checkout electronically on the order date.

We want you to get your package as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you ordered way in advance or need your product ASAP.

USA shipment:

Xpresspost USA – 5-7 days for delivery

Expedited Parcel USA – 7-10 days for delivery

Tracked Packet USA – 10-15 days for delivery (not available for all locations)

Canada Shipment:

Priority Canada – 5-7 days for delivery

Expedited Parcel Canada – 7-10 days for delivery

Regular Parcel Canada – 10-15 days for delivery
